Return Eligibility

- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Opened, used, or customized items (including hand-wrapped or personalized gifts) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to send your item back
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
